— Why It Matters —

The people
need to decide —

The next president deserves to nominate Justice Ginsburg’s replacement. The election is already underway with people voting all across the nation. Voters are energized and know what’s at stake. We are asking the Senate to wait until after inauguration, because it’s the right thing to do.

We want a Government that is just and fair —

We teach our kids the importance of fairness — our political leaders are not exempt from this value.

Let’s rally together to stand up for what’s right and leverage the power of our words to make a difference.

Justice Ginsburg’s legacy as a principled, dignified defender of justice for all will be remembered.

She magnified the Supreme Court’s importance for millions of Americans, forever improving the lives of women and men.

Kids For Justice is inspired by her words:

“The greatest menace to freedom is an inert people; that public discussion is a political duty; and that this should be a fundamental principle of the American government.”

We honor Justice Ginsburg by taking action and supporting our democracy.

  • Ruth Bader Ginsburg was the second woman ever to serve as a Supreme Court justice. She dedicated her entire career, on and off the Court, to protecting rights for women and LGBTQ individuals, and advancing justice for millions of Americans.

  • Our rights are at risk. Our health care. Our access to voting. Our education. Our reproductive rights. Our economic security. Our housing. Our disability rights. Our ability to live freely and fully. We need our Court to recognize and protect the rights of all of us.
